Here is a stunning and beautiful sterling silver ring featuring a large translucent natural green onyx gem.  Size 7 3/4 to size 8.   It is brand new.  The stone measures about 19mm high by 13mm wide (which is nearly 1/2") and has a lovely 4mm high curve on the top.  Slightly translucent, which gives it a sheen and a bit of opalescence.  Many onyx stones are completely opaque, or too pale or too dark green.  This one is a perfect medium green.  The sterling silver ring is completely hand crafted since the gem is not a standard shape, so a skilled silversmith had to create a custom bezel around the stone.  The hallmark of such a skilled craftsman is that the bevel fits perfectly around the stone with no gap, as this ring shows.  The bezel is even 2 tier.  Very sturdy shank.  You will love this ring in person.
