They have a manufacturer’s mark on the back of 1 of the the “eyes”. I photographed it. ( PL Co ). These are 2-antique, But Never Used Cast Brass Hook & Eyes ( strong and heavy) measuring 4 Inch Long each & weighing 8 Ounces Total for both including the brass screws ( only 15 screws- 1 is missing). They came from my own hardware store in New Orleans ( Campo Hardware ) that I operated from 1976 to 1992 when “ Mom & Pop “ Hardware stores gave way to the big stores. My Grandparents started the store in 1925 , then my Father & Uncle took over after WWII. Then I ran in until we closed for good!!! Over the years I would rummage through the old warehouse and dig for “ new , old stock “. These are classic items that you don’t find very often.
