This is actually a pin within a set, as each of the Fab 5 are shown in an astronaut costume (#516), (#518), (#519), (#520) and (#548). Mickey, facing left, has a white and gray space suit with red and yellow trim. His right hand is extended in a "How ya doing?" wave.
