Wonderful red glaze has one tiny mark in the edge that I can find. Made in Italy and quite nice! Another item found while clearing my mother-in-law‘s China cabinet. She was Italian and loved things made in Italy. Somethings she got on a trip there and others she would get at antique and thrift stores because that was her hobby. She didn’t do much collecting after 1985 or 1990 so I am guessing the states before that. She can’t tell us when she got her items anymore, her memory is gone This looks great displayed with fruit are even better chunks of rustic bread. Has a wonderful look for country decor rustic decor or holidays. This red color is hard to find. Somewhat heavy since it is handmade of a white clay probably porcelain. Production made as I have seen others, But by hand which is what fatto a mano means.
