Stunning Vtg VENDOME Watermelon Margarita Vitrail Rivoli Glass "Firework" Brooch This stunning brooch is intricately designed to sparkle and change color as it catches the light.  Created using watermelon (or vitrail) margarita glass stones.  The large center stone is surrounded by 35 smaller stones forming a domed flower shape.  Rhinestones adorn each stones center.  There are green glass beads surrounding each stones stem and connecting them to the gold base.  Reminds me of those flower-like fireworks in the night sky. Signed "Vendome", which was Coro's high end jewelry line created in the 1940's and known for their high quality and craftsmanship.  Pictures don't do this brooch justice, it's simply stunning in person! Approximate measurements: Base diameter- 1-1/2 inches Height- 3/4 of an inch Largest Stone (center)- 5/8 of an inch Very good preowned vintage condition, with normal age related wear. See all pictures.  There is a small chip on one petal edge of the center stone, which I could only see with a magnifying glass.  One green stem bead is missing from the very bottom of pin, but also hard to notice. I tried to take as many pictures in different directions and lighting to show the color change effect.  The video shows it best.
