From what I can find these were likely from holiday path lights - which makes sense from the bulb hole opening on the bottom. I can't find accurate dates - I'm seeing from 1990s - early 2000s. Either way, they don't really looks like they were ever used as the paint is in excellent condition. These would look amazing in your tabletop setting, on a mantel or tucked into a holiday display.
