It is a vintage MCM UFO atomic swirl ceiling shade. The condition is very good.  No breaks, cracks or chips with the exception as a couple tiny flea bites on the edge. I believe this type of shade  was used as a ceiling light or as the shade on a low desk lamp. The listing is for the shade only.
