These are two vintage (produced in 70s and 80s) Angel Babies ornaments named Scooter and Sparkle. They feature felt clothing, plastic hands, feet and head, mesh angel wings and one is holding a star and the other is holding a peppermint stick. These still have their original tags attached to them and were made in Hong Kong.  Please note that Scooter is missing his L foot but he is still extremely cute without it. After researching further, I believe he may also be missing his halo as well. The colors are still bright and cheerful, besides a missing foot and halo on Scooter, these are absolutely adorable and will make someone a great addition to their vintage Christmas collection.
