Please realize that this is USED & played with Dollhouse Furniture. There may be scratches, scrapes, dirt and maybe even a crack. The top of the fireplace mantel has a small melt spot. The dresser is missing 1 drawer - 1 extra chair (with a broken off leg) will be included for parts (# 18).
