There is a small spot of discoloration on the underside of the lid that may or may not be removable. This mug measures at 4 1/2" tall without the lid, 4" across the opening and 5 1/2" from handle to opposite side. It stands at 5 3/4" tall with the lid. The lid itself measures at 2 5/8" tall and 4 1/8" across in total diameter. This is a lovely mug for cocoa on during the cold Holiday season!
