The plate's backstamp is an antique Morimura Brothers (Noritake) "M-in-wreath" mark , used on hand-painted porcelain imported from Japan during the Nippon era (circa 1911 to 1921) .    Details Mark - Center Symbol: An "M" inside a laurel wreath, which stands for the Morimura Brothers firm (the predecessor/early operations of Noritake).
