The stocking is fabric except for the wooden yellow star and the string of Christmas lights which appear to be plastic - they do not light up.  From top corner diagonally to toe, it measures 19", and from top to toe it is 17".  There is a loop attached for easy hanging.  Please see all photos. There are two pin-prick tiny holes on the top where a price tag may have been attached through the white felt.
