Striking vintage sterling silver dangle earrings featuring polished black teardrop cabochons in substantial sterling settings. The design has a wonderful sculptural Modernist look, with graduated curved tubular silver elements and small applied silver bead accents above each stone. Finished with long shepherd-hook ear wires. Both earrings are stamped 925 on the reverse. Black stones appear consistent with onyx but have not been gemologically tested.
