This item measures approx. 1 5/8" wide x 1 7/8" high and is very large in size. Under the Jesus image, it looks like it is signed "GYAF Rossi," but it is difficult to make out. This medal is antique and has age and wear including a lot of discoloration, darkening, surface wear, and loss of almost all the silver/silvertone coating. See photos for details.
