This is my handmade Matilda Witch Doll and her cat Spook. She sits nicely in a child's chair, or you can hang her. I hand stitched a crescent moon to the shirt front and a painted rusty white star with the numbers in black that read "31". This is my handmade Matilda Witch Doll and her cat Spook Many hours and handwork went into making this set. She is made out of painted and stained muslin with stitched facial features and is partially weighted. The shirt is a halloween homespun plaid and fringe pants are a black homespun. I hand stitched a crescent moon to the shirt front and a painted rusty white star with the numbers in black that read "31" and fringed the sleeve and bottom hem.  Matilda's scarf is stained gauze and her hat is made out of grungy black flannel and wrapped with rusty star garland. She has painted on black and white stockings with painted black pinned up bootie shoes with a jingle bell accent at the toes. The prim tag tied around her wrist is made from a vintage Halloween postcard copy. Spook is made out of painted and stained muslin with stitched facial features and has a coordinated homespun plaid tied around his neck. Accented with a rusty jingle bell and prim tag that is hand stamped and reads "Spook". He can be displayed with Matilda or separately on his own. Lots of work and detail went into making Matilda. Matilda measures approximately 39" and Spook 14". She sits nicely in a child's chair, or you can hang her. The set was made using a SEW PRIM PATTERN  Condition: New "Handmade".
