Made under the Shimazu clan in the Meiji period from 1868 to 1912. Very nice condition without chips or cracks or scratches. Measures approximately 7 7/8 inches long, and 4 3/4 inches wide and 3 1/4 inches tall. Vibrant colorful flowers rimmed in gold, gold gilt under handle. Satsuma handled dish with 1000 flowers design.
