Musical mechanism was tested and produces sound, but the music sounds garbled/distorted and does not play clearly. Musical function is therefore considered partially working/as-is. Globe and detailed hand-painted base show normal age and display wear. Water has developed a yellowed/cloudy appearance with visible particles/debris, consistent with age.
