Standing at 19.5 inches tall READ the neck has been ground and polished to remove a large chip  (see before and after photos) and the stopper is a newer signed Blenko replacement garden spear in citrine and ground to fit Stopper is ground extremely thin at base Blenko did not give a lot of glass at the base for grinding the replacement and a small spot has ground through (see photos) Fortunately the neck on this piece was very long and could handle the trim and still stay within Blenko dimensions for this piece. Internal tumble polished back to original shine. He wasn't smiling when I first got him but he is now . Glad I could bring it back   ask questions if you have them and thank you  Condition: Used.
