Don't let this beauty get away from you.  This is a stunning centerpiece bowl that was created by award winning designer and artist Alfredo Barbini. This was purchased by a lovely lady who is nearing 100 years old. She purchased it in Murano, Italy, she believes in the late 1950s. This has been the prize of her collection, and she wants someone to have it that will love and appreciate it as much as she does. It measures 17.25 inches in length and stands almost 5 inches tall and has a width of about 8 inches. It is in mint condition: free of any chips, cracks, or repairs. On the very bottom, see last photo, there is slight light scratching, just from being moved around during the decades of enjoying this beautiful piece in various light.  It is a wonderful shade of fuchsia, violet, and some blue towards the bottom and the top and looks different in bright sunlight vs. a room lit at night by lamps. I found only one in an orange color that sold on Worthpoint, and another piece also made by Barbini in these colors, and one like it that is for sale on eBay now. See photos near the end of my pictures. This owner sold this to me for a great price, so I am going to give you a grand price for this piece.
