Beautiful vintage clear pressed-glass bride’s basket featuring an ornate diamond and leaf pattern, sawtooth/scalloped rim, pedestal-style base and tall applied glass handle. This substantial glass basket measures approximately 11” tall to the top of the handle and 7” long. Its classic bridal-basket shape makes it beautiful displayed on its own or used as a centerpiece, flower basket, candy dish or seasonal decorative piece. The design closely resembles vintage L.E. Smith pressed-glass bride’s baskets; however, I have not found a maker’s mark and am therefore listing the maker as unknown rather than attributing it definitively.
