I believe this is from the early 2000's but could be from the late 1990's and is about an 8" inch Bear. These are in great shape, as new and were store dry in a smoke free environment in a store that close over 15 years ago.. Hard to believe these are New Old Stock and have the original tags and no sign of wear smell or smoke. This is for the Baby Polar Bear with ribbon.
