QUALITY/DISTINCTIONS This heavy, vintage, cobalt blue art glass penguin paperweight features a detailed inner scene of snowy mountains and two smaller penguins.  It is in the "Sommerso" style, a technique where different layers of glass are encased within each other. CONDITION Good condition with no chips, cracks, breaks, or repairs. A couple of minor scratches are present, seen only if scrutinized.
