Vintage 1950s/1960s mid-century signed Italian micro mosaic statement brooch.  Exquisite hand-crafted souvenir design composed of hundreds of miniature, multi-colored opaque glass tesserae bricks intricately set into a cement framework. Depicts a central vibrant floral bouquet featuring a bright red flower, a sunny yellow bloom, and light blue forget-me-nots wrapped in green leaves, all framed by a detailed golden twisted rope border. Measures exactly 1.5" wide by 1.1" tall.  Stamped with the authentic "ITALY" block-letter maker's mark on the reverse backing plate.  The horizontal pin mechanism operates smoothly and the safety clasp locks securely. The bright gold-tone metal plating is immaculate on both sides. The micro mosaic is completely intact with zero missing glass tesserae pieces or loose tiles. Photos show exact item.  Ships free.
