A beautiful French hand made, hand beaded and embroidered, white glass micro beaded little purse.   Soft pastels cotton floss worked in tambour hand embroidery with the Point de Beauvais stitch in such a fabulous paisley pattern on both sides, some embroidery along bottom as well.  Chain is modified paper clip design having a pretty long embossed link, very Edwardian looking, has a 6-1/2" drop.   It is not marked Made in France, but I am making that assumption given the hand work and design. Front of frame has channel set opaque white stones or glass in long rectangular shape.  1 at rt. end top corner has a crack but is tight and secure.  Frame is embossed on the backside and top.   Lining has no pocket or mirror, it is used but clean, no bad staining.  Secure kiss clasp.  Charming diminutive size.  Would make a gorgeous bridal / wedding bag.  Beautiful gently used condition.  No obvious missing or loose beads but possible I missed a tiny spot.  A few floss ends loose but easy to tuck back in & under.  Overall bag seems clean, I have not cleaned it and leave that to the new owner if desired.     Measures approx. 6" wide x 5" tall to top of frame, chain has a 6-1/2" drop.  Very pretty.
