It was one of their annual offerings to their members.  This lace bowl was made for the year 2003. The top rim has gold decoration.  It is a lovely small size for seasonal bouquets of fresh flowers, 21/2 inches tall, 31/2 inches wide with pattern design and gold trim, excellent condition, used for display only.
