This bell measures 5.25" tall x 5" wide x 2" deep and the leather strap measures 10" (folded) x 1".  The bell has a folded over top on corners and rivets. The bell looks to be very old!  It looks like the original clapper has been replaced (see photo). It does have a couple repairs and the inside looks well worn with some rust (see photo).
