All new materials - 100% polyester blend. The unusual thing about this Gnome is that he lights up and the light changes colors. His plastic form is what holds the batteries. He uses three 1.5V batteries.  There is an on and off switch on the bottom. He measures 8” tall x 3” wide x 3 ¼” deep. He is new, never used and in excellent condition.
