Gorgeous late 70's ILGWU union made pink maxi dress!  FEATURES:  - Stunning sweetheart neckline with a lace mock neck illusion neckline and fitted lace long sleeves! - Peplum waist detail and two fabric string waist tie belts weave through strings at the sides of the waist. - A zipper closes up the back with a hook/loop at the back of the neck to secure. Snap closures secure the sleeve hems. - The dress is unlined and lightweight.  CONDITION: The skirt has a few small snags (pictured). There are also some tiny and faint spots at the front of the skirt that is only noticeable if looking closely (pictured). Lastly, a small seam section has come undone at the peplum waist (also pictured). Overall, the dress is in very good pre-owned vintage condition with no evident holes or rips and lots of wear left!  No brand label is attached, just the ILGWU union tag, care tag, and size tag. The fabric feels like a light polyester, but there's no fabric tag attached to be sure.  Vintage size 9/10 and best fits a modern XS. See measurements below to ensure a proper fit. Shown on a size XS/S mannequin.  MEASUREMENTS - taken lying flat: - Length (shoulder to hem): 57.75 inches - Chest (armpit to armpit, doubled): 29 inches relaxed, easily stretches to 33 inches - Waist (doubled): 23 inches relaxed, comfortably stretches to 25 inches (can be cinched with waist tie) - Hips (doubled): open - Waist to hem: 43 inches - Shoulders: 13 inches - Sleeve length: 19.5 inches - the lace has some stretch to pull the sleeves down longer.
