This is a Vintage older Glass Swung Clear Diamond Butt Ruffled Drippy Edge vase.I am not sure of the maker may be Fenton?This measures 16 1/2 inches high  and the base is 4 1/2. The top diameter is 4 1/2 inches, There are no chips or cracks that I can see or feel.  Estate find.  These are from a long time glass collector. See our other listings for more glass from this lot.
