The clear glass has an opalescent swirl pattern.  I can not figure out the signature but it is from 1990.  Don't miss adding this to your collection or elegant Christmas decor.  You may not find another like this.  Measures approx.  11 1/2" tall X 3  3/4" bulge X 1  7/8" diameter base.   No chips or cracks.  Needs good cleaning. Sold as is.    Insurance is included in shipping cost.
