I consulted with several Coach Facebook groups about this purse, and the general consensus is that it is a GENUINE Coach bag. There aren't any red flags.  No hang tag, unfortunately - sorry.  The turnlock is functional. Overall it's in pretty nice condition for the age - lots of usual signs of wear/tear, but no major issues whatsoever! Some usual wear around the edge piping. Strap drop maxes out at 21".
