These are like new in green camo. The waist as shown from side to side (without stretching) is about 17" (double that for the waist size), and stretches easily to about 20" (again, double for waist size). So these should be comfortable for up to a 38"-40" waist.  This pull-on style features a multi-stitched elastic waist with two slash pockets and a rear pocket on the right. The legs have two flapped cargo pockets with snap-close flaps. Multi-stitched elastic bottom cuffs. Easy care machine wash/dry.
