The longer "rhinestones" appear to be some sort of plastic with foil underneath. Markings- There is a small rectangle on the backside that would have the Selini name if it weren't too worn. Condition-  In good used condition with minor signs of wear. The pin back rotates slightly. Theres some light wear around some edges.
