This piece has not been cleaned or polished. Authentic vintage Gunnar Ander for Ystad-Metall brass and green art glass candlestick, made in Sweden. A striking example of Scandinavian Mid-Century Modern design, dating to approximately the 1960s. This distinctive candlestick features a flared brass base, circular green glass insert, shallow brass drip dish, and candle socket. Gunnar Ander is well known for incorporating richly colored glass with metal in his designs for Ystad-Metall. The underside is factory marked Ystad-Metall / Made in Sweden with the Ystad-Metall emblem, supporting the attribution and Swedish manufacture.
