No chips or cracks that we can see or feel on figurine.  The box does have slight storage wear, but overall, very nice.  The label on box is not perfect (see picture.)  My camera doesn't do this figurine justice - better in person.  Sorry, hard for me to get great pictures on crystal. We have not done anything to item except to take pictures.  We do not try to clean or enhance, as we are not experts and do not want to damage or alter in any way.  Sold as found.  We consider our items treasures and hope you do too, if you have any questions or need more pictures, we would be happy to accommodate before bidding.  No Returns.
