Up for sale is an antique painting by listed Italian born, American Artist Donatus Buongiorno (1865-1935),  depicting a young woman in Venice peering down the canal possibly waiting for someone. Buildings line the canal, crossed by an arched, stone bridge. Medium is oil on canvas. Signed on lower right corner.   It is framed in a 3" wide, gilded wood, rounded frame.
