This really is a beautiful old piece that can be kept this way for character or have a little TLC to make it even more elaborate. The picture and color is in really good condition and over all it good condition for age. WELCOME! Please Read Entire Description You are bidding on antique framed tintype.  It is of a young Victorian boy wearing a formal black jacket with white color holding some flowers.  I took the back off and it looks like there is some type of signature on the tin.  And the signature on the wood back possibly was an owner at one time.  I really am not sure of that.  The wood frame has a floral mother of pearl inlay.   This really is a beautiful old piece that can be kept this way for character or have a little TLC to make it even more elaborate.  The picture and color is in really good condition and over all it good condition for age.  It does show wear, but what great character this adds to the right decor.   I tried to take several pictures to show quality and condition.   Measures approx.   17  3/8" X 15  5/8" X 3  1/2" deep.   Sold as is.                                           Insurance is included in shipping cost.
