One of the arms has been folded over onto the body. No markings. Otherwise in good shape. Hallmark Spider and web has also never been fully opened and does have a piece that is missing. The grey part apparently opens to look like a web. The Bat Mobile is missing one bat and there are no markings on this item.   Otherwise in good shape. Top Bat measures about 9 x 3" .  Smaller Bats 5 1/2" x 2.
