They are sitting in a grassy area around a table with paper and paintbrushes, next to a flowering tree and a pretty little outcrop. Two ladies are dressed the same, one holds a pretty fan and the other is gesturing or pointing at something. The house has a circular window with interior curtains. Their faces, hairdos and clothes are beautifully painted. The plate measures 13 inches in diameter and about 2 1/4” high and is decorated with the Famille Rose pattern.
