It appears to be signed but I’m unable to make out what it says. See photos. I’m not sure if it’s sterling or silverplate. It’s very nice and looks like a cross between Danish and Native American. It’s a bit adjustable so it could accommodate many sizes. I’m a small to medium and it’s currently a little loose on me but I didn’t want to bend it by trying to make it smaller.
