The platter is made of porcelain or bone china and has a Victorian style. It was manufactured in 1930 in West Virginia and has a backstamp that is printed. The platter is in good overall condition and is an original piece. It could use some cleaning by someone more knowledgeable than myself when cleaning fine china/porcelain.
