Box has tons of age/storage wear (squished, some of the cellophane is busted out) and is missing the 10 Christmas gift tags that orignally came with it. The garland looks like it's never come off the cardboard & is ready to use. This item comes from a smoke-free home and I will only ship to the lower forty eight states.
