This comic was rated 9.8 (Near Mint / Mint) by CGC with "White Pages". The visual effect is similar to oil on a water puddle because of the two plastics. - Gemma Adel, CGC. According to the CGC census, there are only 16 copies graded 9.8 and none higher.  This comic was rated  9.8 (Near Mint / Mint) by CGC  with "White Pages". The back of the CGC  case has a tiny hairline crack  near the top right corner (see last picture above) - it's small enough that I don't think most collectors would mind, but worth mentioning.
