The white hard plastic snowman is in great condition. It is lightly tarnished. The glass Christmas garland was likely re-strung by the prior owner given the various sizes of beads; round single beads, double faceted beads and large gold faceted beads. I found this lot of vintage Christmas ornaments at a garage sale recently.  The Santa light bulb was tested by my husband with a volt meter and registered on and off so it may work when included in a C3 strand or not.  The white hard plastic snowman is in great condition.  The light blue aluminum bell ornament has a working clapper.  It is lightly tarnished.  The glass Christmas garland was likely re-strung by the prior owner given the various sizes of beads; round single beads, double faceted beads and large gold faceted beads.  It is a little over 3 feet long and may have sharp edges if a double bead broke and only a single of the two remains.  This is common with vintage garlands.
