Hummel figurine directly from Germany, Heavenly Angel Hum #21/II with black lettering on the underside of the base. This exquisite angel has a RED LINE on the base and a metal ARBEITSMUSTER tag on it's wing. W. GOEBEL OESLAU (Oeslau was the first name before the 1970s when the name was changed to  Rödental—where Hummel's are produced to this day, but under a different company name since Goebel went bankrupt in 2008.  There is NO copyright date, but MASTER PAINTER Gunther Newbauer signed this magnificent piece in February 1968. This shows us that this figurine is a MASTERPIECE. The condition is near 100% perfect, NO crazing, NO Cracks, and NO repairs. Nothing is missing, Only one small fleabite under the base. The height is 8.46 inch high (21,5 cm hoch).  Very HIGH END QUALITY sample figurine that all other painters were to aspire to achieve (to copy). This Hummel was never intended to leave the factory, but when Goebel went bankrupt in 2008, it became available to the public and was sold to the highest bidder.  This is truly the quintessential piece that any serious Hummel collector would love to have in their collection.
