Missing piece may refer to the piece missing under top rim (SEE PHOTOS). It also appears there is a hole in the bottom (SEE PHOTO) unsure if that is original to vase. I can not verify the tag belongs to this particular vase or its origin. It is possible it is older than vintage.  Exact item is pictured, so please inspect photos closely for quality and defects.
