This is a beautiful and unique signed Navajo sterling silver opal mosaic inlay cuff bracelet. There is one small chip in the opal next to the bezel which can be seen in the last photo above. The opal is surrounded by exquisite heavy old-style silver work consisting of applique leaves, silver scrolls, and silver solder balls all on a seven-split heavy bracelet. This is a beautiful and unique signed Navajo sterling silver opal mosaic inlay cuff bracelet. The center of this cuff features a bezel-set mosaic of fiery blue and black opal which measures 1 1/2 inches long by 1 3/16 inches wide. There is one small chip in the opal next to the bezel which can be seen in the last photo above. Off to the side is one bezel-set piece of white opal measuring 1/4 inch long by 3/16 inch wide. The opal is surrounded by exquisite heavy old-style silver work consisting of applique leaves, silver scrolls, and silver solder balls all on a seven-split heavy bracelet. The metal acid tests for sterling silver. The back is signed "Whirling Wind" which is the Navajo silversmith Ray Morton. Ray passed away in 1984, so this cuff was made prior to that year. The inside of the cuff measures 5 3/4 inches from end-to-end with an opening of 1 1/4 inches which is not adjustable. The cuff measures 2 3/4 inches at the widest point.
