LOVELY antique Victorian ornate yellow gold-filled engraved/chased bar pin. This beautiful bar pin is 1/2” wide by 3” long and weighs 8 grams. It features lovely, polished, engraved floral and scroll work detail against a lightly textured background at front and has a long, hinged pin fastener at back that has an enclosed, elongated “C” type closure. It features lovely, polished, engraved floral and scroll work detail against a lightly textured background at front and has a long, hinged pin fastener at back that has an enclosed, elongated “C” type closure. This pin is in very good antique condition with no damage other than very minor, age appropriate surface wear and/or oxidation. The pin fastener is wavy, which is quite common in these older bar pins, but it works just as it should and could be straightened out by any decent bench jeweler, if desired. This wonderful bar pin has been professionally tested as gold-filled and is guaranteed to be an authentic antique pin.
