The delightful color matched with light-scattering, so-called ‘silk’ inclusions, which are typical for Burmese rubies  (refer to the video).  The main stone is haloed by brilliant-cut, diamond-like tiny white sapphires.   Ruby Stone: the stone in this ring was recognized as a Burma Ruby by an estate jewelry appraiser and in addition it passed two tests: the Presidium Gem Tester and the UV Light Test, indicating a natural Ruby (refer to the last picture).
