A spectacular vintage Coro Pegasus demi parure featuring a large dimensional brooch with matching clip-on earrings. The extraordinary construction immediately suggests a sea anemone moving underwater. Layer upon layer of sharply pointed, diamond-textured silver-tone leaves or tendrils curl, overlap, and radiate in different directions. The result is not a flat floral design but an almost kinetic sculptural form that appears to move as the viewing angle and light change. The deeply textured metal catches light across every surface, creating an effect reminiscent of sunlight flickering through water.
